Florence trained for four years at an atelier in Florence called Charles Cecil Studio, she now paints from her studio in London. In her works she tried to see more in mundane and everyday objects, attracted to things she considers beautiful and nostalgic, but seemingly disregarded and unimportant. She enjoys using the same techniques that have been used to paint things and people of great importance for centuries, painting a plastic bag or a plate of sandwiches with the same reverence as one may paint the pope.
Florence has shown in several group shows, including The Royal Society of British Artists and on multiple occasions with The Royal Society of Portrait Painters.
